“I had a very positive experience at Pro Physio. Dr. Eric, the physical therapist, and his assistant Abhi were attentive, professional, and supportive throughout my treatment. I chose the therapy method myself — cupping and massage — as it works best for me, and Dr. Eric fully agreed with this approach. After each session, I felt both pleasant relief and a noticeable improvement in my neck and back issues. I was also able to fully relax during the treatments, which made a big difference. “I went to ProPhysio, Riverside for the treatment of excruciating lower back pain. I was assigned to physiotherapist, Eric and his assistant, Abhi. What I didn't know was the excellent care I would get from the team. At the initial assessment, Eric asked the right questions to determine the appropriate treatment plan. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and caring. The home exercises were tailored to my needs and very effective. I have ended my program feeling as if I'm fully recovered. “Eric the physio & Abhi the assistant get 5 stars from me. Welcoming, professional, and very competent. Eric helped greatly with my problem and I’m still going because of his great neck massages and work on muscles. Helped a lot with pain & stiffness. Only negative is with admin as they had lost a password and were/are unable to bill my insurance company directly. Just to update, the billing problem has now been resolved and I am still improving thanks to Eric and Abhi, so I would like to change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks for helping me.”Lire la suiteRéduire
