“I am giving them one star because they were not being honest with the prices. I called in to make an appointment for my vertigo, I requested an physiotherapist who had experience in vestibular physiotherapy. I was told it will be $100 for the initial assessment. So I went and received the assessment/treatment, when it was time to pay, the receptionist (who was the same person who talked to me on the phone) told me it would be $170. I questioned why and she said because it was for a vertigo. I wrote an email to the company to require some explanations, they asked for the name and address of the clinic, I responded right away. That was it, they never got back to me again even after I sent another follow-up email.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Sebastian has completely changed my life. I had debilitating migraines at least twice a week which left me feeling hopeless and uncertain about my ability to work into the future. This stemmed from a whiplash injury which was self inflicted when in my early twenties.. I'm 36 now. My migraines are gone. “Fantastic clinic! Staff are very professional in a very pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this clinic to all my friends, even if they have to drive 1 hour to get those outsatnding services. Weither it is for a strain, sprain, dizziness, fracture,whiplash or joint replacement...you have to see that team at work. If you need a different service...they have it! I especially want to mention Joanne, the manager she is incredibly kind and highly knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to explain how the clinic operates and was always open to answering my questions. I truly appreciate everyone who supported me in developing new skills and gaining valuable knowledge. “Joanne Nolan is extremely professional, courteous, competent and thorough. I came in for a hip abductor strain and she made sure there were no auxiliary issues surrounding the area. She made sure that I clearly understood the exercises and stretches I had to do to assure a speedy recovery. She also sent a copy of them to my email. I actually looked forward going to physio here because I knew I'd leave feeling much better every single time. The heated pads, acupuncture, focused massage therapy and ultrasound ensure a recovery within only 2 weeks! I'm now back to lifting heavy and couldn't be happier.
