“I'm so impressed with this clinic! I've been to 3 chiropractic clinics in the past and was recently going somewhere else quite regularly over the years. Never have I had these types of tests done or been assessed so thoroughly! The clinic is clean, the staff is helpful and polite and Dr. Tricia is knowledgeable and caring. The hours of operation are also very convenient so anyone can find a day and time that works. “I am sure they have great service with a knowledgeable and experienced Chiropractor, but unfortunately we did not get the chance to see the Chiropractor. We picked this place cause it is closer to home and they direct bill our insurance. Sadly, the receptionist indicated that we would have to pay for this visit because we did not give our insurance details at the time we booked the appointment, which was true cause we didn't have it handy and asked if we could hand it in when we come to our appointment, I then asked about it again when they confirmed the appointment with me the day before. I did get a text message 2 hours before the appointment which I did not see, requesting for the insurance information. When we got to the appointment, the receptionist was quite dismissive and insisted that we pay up front before we see the Chiropractor; she indicated that she cannot phone in to verify our benefits because she was the only receptionist on duty, there was not one person, that I can see in the lobby or waiting room, I am not sure how busy they were for her not to take a few minutes to call. This would show qualities of great customer service, but instead chose to not accommodate us. . I could have rebooked, but the experience has already been tainted by the lack of regard of customer service. I am not sure if that is how they conduct their business but it was not a great first impression. We left feeling quite disappointed with the service we received. I just do not understand why she could not take 2 mins to call when she was not busy, I could have just paid for the visit but that's not the point or reason why we went there. Of all the places to go we chose this place, but I will not recommend this place to family or friends; and would advise this group to retrain their receptionist on customer service, who knows how many others are experiencing this without saying anything.”Lire la suiteRéduire
