If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 613-699-0787 and remember we do require notice of at least 24 hours.
Cancellations within a 24 hour period may be subject to a cancellation fee as per our clinic’s Cancellation Policy.

“We have had ongoing concerns with this clinic’s approach to supporting children with special needs. As the parent of a 6-year-old autistic child, consistency and sensitivity are essential, but unfortunately, occupational therapists are changed frequently, making it difficult for my child to build trust and feel comfortable. Additionally, when we were late due to severe weather, the scheduled 45-minute session was reduced to only 15 minutes, yet we were still charged the full fee. There was no flexibility or understanding offered in this situation. Communication has also been challenging, with requests often unaddressed and billing procedures carried out without clear consent or discussion. Overall, we have not experienced the level of respect, quality, or care that families should expect from a clinic specializing in special needs. I hope the clinic will reflect on these concerns and improve their practices for the benefit of their clients.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I'd give it 1000 stars If I could, I have been coming here for over a year and we have had great experiences, I also like how this place fits the need for all kids, makes it accessible for all. I have had the honors to have Michele Delfino as a physiotherapist for my almost 4 year old living with Angelman Syndrome, and my daughter took to her right away, and since her my daughter's has made a lot of progress. I want to mention also all the staff there are absolutely amazing, friendly and very welcoming. It is a far distance for us to travel but it is a thousand percent worth it. One last thing, I really think this place should open at night time for parents 😂😂😂😂 because all this stuff is fun and it really helps to motivate everyone. Thank you Play on pedatric but most important thank you to Sarah duplis for recommending this great physiotherapist place. “Play On Pediatric, particularly Katie, has been a game changer for my son who had severe torticolis. Katie has been fantastic- creating a wonderful atmosphere for our visits, giving a lot of tips and tricks, and preparing an exercise regimen that has led to him being completely on track with milestones (and officially graduating). “My son has been seeing Paige for physio and Shea for osteo. I could not be happier with the results I'm seeing. My son has a minor flat head which has dramatically improved just after 2 sessions with Shea. We've been seeing Paige for physio where she teaches me how I can best support him in improving his physical development like being able to sit from standing as just one example. Staff at front desk is always friendly and very helpful. I've never had to wait to be taken in for my appointment either as they're very punctual. Highly recommend play on!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“We are grateful to Katie and Play on Pediatric Therapy for their excellent care of our daughter's knee injury from skiing. Originally, we took our daughter to a physiotherapist who didn't have a child-focused approach and my wife discovered Play on Pediatric. It's really been a night and day experience with Katie's expertise and approach working with children. Our daughter is actually excited to see and work with Katie on her knee rehabilitation.
