“I had a work accident and highly recommend coming here for ergotherapy and physiotherapy. Nathalie is always super kind and welcoming at the front desk and it was an amazing experience working with Karl, Lucas, Amélie, Fridlie and Patrick. They have pool physiotherapy which truly deeply was a game changer for me personally. “I had a scheduled appointment at this clinic, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been canceled due to a system error. Despite my assurance that I hadn't canceled it, the staff couldn't accommodate me since someone else got the appointment. Given that I had to pick up my daughter from school in Montreal and drive all the way to Laval through traffic, the inconvenience was significant. The lack of professionalism and flexibility in handling this situation was really disappointing. It raises concerns about the clinic's organizational efficiency and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the clinic's reliability and ability to manage appointments effectively.”Lire la suiteRéduire
