“This place lost my file and made me wait 2 weeks for a call back that never came. They didn’t demonstrate any urgency in scheduling appointments for me to be able to get help to walk again. I ended up starting with my fitness trainer elsewhere in the meantime because walking and being independent couldn’t wait. When I started the physiotherapy, it was basically about 20 minutes of prodding my muscles and exercises to do on my own at home. The therapist forgot to follow through with updates for the exercises on the online portal and I had to remind her to send me the letter for my doctor. I liked my therapist but I finally decided to go elsewhere after an employee accident cancelled all my appointments for the following weeks which had been carefully scheduled. They had filled those spots and couldn’t see me again for another 3 weeks!! I contacted the manager by email. He seemed to take the mistake seriously but after 2 days of waiting for a solution I hadn’t heard back so I decided to go elsewhere. They did try to fix it with a free session and offered some appointments the following week but it was too late. On another note, this was an SAAQ approved case but I had to pay out of pocket even after the approval had been made. The new place has been hassle free and got the SAAQ approval on the same day and covers the treatments 100% with no extra fees to pay like at PhysioExtra (about 30$ over what is covered). I am really enjoying the treatments at the new place, which are far more beneficial and everything is done on site with the therapist. I would have to say that PhysioExtra is a joke when I think of my experiences there compared to other options. I don’t recommend it!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Love PhysioExtra. They have a specialized physio treatment for concussions and it has helped wonders in my recovery. Also, I strongly recommend Gaëlle Simian for osteopathic treatments. She’s just amazing!”

“This was my first time going to the physio extra ,the ladies at the reception were very welcoming and smiling,the place was easy to find the parking lot was full since it is inside of a sport complex. I first saw Martin Prince for a evaluation for a return back to work ,he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my concerns . I also saw Martine Dion to make a plan for physio for a herniated disc,she was great did a very through examination,answered all my questions, was very kind and understood my problem and gave me hope for the future.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I found Physioextra in a pretty desperate rush to get a neck tweak resolved ASAP. Difficulty sleeping, reduced head mobility, and difficult performance in BJJ were just some of the symptoms, and I had been dealing with this tweak for weeks. When it got really bad, I figured I would go in for my first ever massage. Alexis was professional, explained the process, and the service was very reasonable priced.
