Bienvenue! Veuillez noter que nous ne prenons pas en charge de dossier CNESST. Pour un dossier SAAQ, vous devez appeler directement la clinique. Pour l'option physiothérapie à domicile, seul le service de réadaptation pour perte d'autonomie en lien avec le vieillissement ou maladie chronique est offert. Veuillez aussi nous aviser le plus vite possible si vous ne pouvez pas vous présenter au rendez-vous. Nous nous réservons le droit de vous charger 50% des frais du rendez-vous pour une annulation de dernière minute (<24h) et 100% des frais pour une absence sans préavis, si vous voulez continuer à bénéficier des services à la clinique. ----------------------------------------------- Welcome!
