“I came to personal touch last year in 2025 after a car accident. I had no family doctor and felt as if I had no support. Arjie was my saving grace. He said I’m going to help you and support you the best I can. Arjie wrote my FAF notes for work and knew my main goal was to get back working. Unfortunately I went through a lot of pain in the beginning where I was off longer than expected. He tried different treatment plans, he was very involved in all my tests and would look over everything that I had done and give me answers that no one was giving me. He gave me advice throughout the entire process, always checked in to see how I was doing at every visit but most importantly I felt like I had someone who was supportive and who I can count on. I didn’t feel alone when I literally had no one. After three months of trying different treatments he then decided to decompress my neck slowly with nerve flossing and it saved my life. We stuck to that treatment plan and within weeks I was able to go back to work on light duties, come off very strong medication and for the first time in three months have my pain managed. A year later he is keeping me going while I wait on a neurosurgeon appointment. He makes sure I am managing on light duties at work and if he needs to tweak my treatment plan for that day due to pain he does. Arjie is very personable, fun and professional and brings a lot of light to the workplace. He’s always smiling and happy and brings great energy.Arjie has brought back some normal to a very traumatic situation and life changing event and I will forever be grateful I feel as if physiotherapists should be able to do more than our family doctor or emergency doctors because they know us, they see us every visit and watch our progress. They should have more access on what they can do. Even tho he wasn’t my family doctor I felt like he was and I felt like I had someone Can’t thank him enough and his incredible team who are also all fantastic”Lire la suiteRéduire
