“I had a really positive experience with Dr. Shenouda. He did two gum grafts for me, and my experience (despite the unpleasantness of a gum graft), was great overall. The communication with his team was great, the pre and post-op instructions were really clear, and the procedures themselves went really well. “Waste of time and money I was referred to Dr. Shenouda by my dentist as a gum specialist, he did nothing but charging me for a complete oral exam (which I told them that I just had it last week at my dentist) plus a useless scan although they got all the x-rays from my dentist. “I am someone who hates going to the dentist, so the thought of getting an implant was anxiety provoking. The staff here are very friendly and helped put me at ease. Dr Shenouda has a great bedside manner and was also able to mitigate my fear. Although I’m sure everyone’s particular surgery is different, mine was over in 40 minutes (including an extraction and implant) with minimal discomfort (no pain) afterwards. “Dre.Bernard’s biggest fan. She and the team were really nice and accommodating for all my needs during and after my surgery. I have intense anxiety as a side effect from an operation with a different surgeon and different clinic that didn’t go very well, so I’ve had issues with composing myself ever since for these types of procedures. I didn’t feel scared during my gum graft, and whenever I was worried about anything post op, she made herself as available as possible, and I found that to be very sweet. Even the lovely receptionists were super nice and welcoming, and they were always fun to talk to. Who knows when I’ll be referred to return for another gum graft but I know who I’ll be going to again!”Lire la suiteRéduire
