“Haven't been since 2021 but had to come back recently. I was referred by appointment so didn't need to line up at 6am for walk in. I will say, it runs like a well oiled machine, I wish all MB health was this organized. I was checked in, saw my Dr, sent for tests, saw the Dr again and on my way with a treatment plan. Beats going to a GP or hospital where you get a requisition, have to go somewhere else for testing, wait weeks for results and then get referred elsewhere anyway which is how I ended up here in the end. Would be nice if they had it separated though, sports medicine from other types of medicine (old age/walk in ailments). It would help fast track even more to get patients out the door.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I want to express my gratitude to Dr Longstaff. I broke my wrist and as a consequence I required surgery. Dr Longstaff and his surgical team took wonderful care of me. I am a Dental Hygienist and Dr Longstaff reassured me that I would recover and work again. Today I had my two week followup and the mobility and movement my wrist has is incredible! “Made the mistake of going to the Concussion Program at Hockey For All Center. Not sure if I was getting in the way of a tee time but the Dr saw me in record time. Didn't even take a few minutes to chat about my injury and help me understand the recovery process. I spoke with other people who have been to this clinic and they had similar experiences. Guess that's on me for not doing my research. Unless you play for a professional hockey team in the city I would look elsewhere as there are other places that will provide superior care.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“This was my first surgery, and I would like to thank all the staff who took care of me today. Everyone was incredibly kind, caring, patient, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire experience. A special thank you to my surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nurse. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. Their professionalism and compassion helped ease my anxiety and made a difficult day much easier. “I arrived at the clinic for my appointment. I was greeted warmly at the door and directed to the x-ray clinic. The wait was not long, maybe 5 minutes. Then to the 2nd floor to see the surgeon. Again, a short 10-15 minute wait. Dr. Woodmass is great, easy to talk to and explains everything you need to know about your surgery. I feel like I'm in good hands. 👍”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Doctor was good and recommended physical therapy but I'd explicitly told then my injury is a shoulder injury and they did a neck MRI despite me quite literally being injured from pulling my shoulder - not a neck injury. Doctor himself was surprised it was done on the spine but was able to diagnosis through physical examination meaning this clinic wasted months of time. I am not sure how it is considered to be okay to ignore patients that wait months for a referral and scan the wrong part of your body. The reason I'm leaving this review despite the doctor having been okay is PT has made my injury worse so they definitely missed a big issue with their incompetence with the MRI scan and I really have no interest in waiting months for an MRI they will do wrong again while going out of my way to come to the clinic. It is common sense if someone has a shoulder injury you scan their shoulder do not ignore the patient.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I would like to thank Dr. Zhang for doing a good job on my scaphoid fracture repair surgery that took place on 10/22/2025, during the consultation he told me basically what would happen and the risks if I didn’t get the surgery. It’s now March 2026 and my wrist is now at mostly normal functioning level and he also does timely follow-ups too to check on your progress and such which is something I like to see in a physician, it shows that they’re attentive and at least care about their patients, and so far he’s always kept his word about MRI and physiotherapy referrals which is also great, I like physicians or anyone in general that can keep their word. I highly recommend Dr. Zhang for orthopaedic surgeries, he gives you informed consent, follows up on referrals and also follows up to see how your affected operated limb or bone is doing or healing.”Lire la suiteRéduire
