“I was looking forward to this appointment, especially given the positive reviews and the amount of pain I was experiencing. I spoke with Stephanie by phone to schedule a Saturday appointment and was offered times between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. I selected 8:00 a.m. and confirmed both the time and location for my appointment with physiotherapist Jay Patel. I arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed, but the clinic was closed and no one was there. I waited till 8:15 am and also checked Google Maps, which indicated that the clinic did not open until 9:00 a.m. I do not understand why an appointment was scheduled for a time when the business was closed. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, particularly as I had confirmed the appointment in advance. The business did not even apologize for their mistake. “My favorite physiotherapy clinic in Ottawa and perhaps the BEST. I am very happy with the service. Yannick has been a great physiotherapist. I came in with a complex injury that had been bothering me for a long time. Massages did not tackle the root cause. Yannick, on the other hand, was able to quickly identify it and treat it from day one with a combination of tension-release techniques, movement aid, and dry needling.I felt relief on the spot and my strength returned within the first 3 sessions. 100% recommend. The staff is friendly and respectful. They go above and beyond to make you feel confortable. In terms of care and services I would like to point out their brilliant strategy to speed your recovery by recommending exercises at home.
