“I went to OsteoHUB for jaw pain that had been bothering me for a long time, and I’m really grateful for Sophie’s help. She took the time to properly assess what was going on instead of rushing into random exercises. Every session felt focused and personalized, and she always explained why we were doing certain treatments so I understood my own recovery better.
