“The price are way much higher than the other clinics. In my case the client service was ok not the super as some people’s comments. The insurance do not cover everything as they may say . It’s only a portion. That being said , you have to think twice before starting your treatment because most of the time you end up having long terms and ongoing treatments for life. If I had to go back I wouldn’t do it. I gave one star because of the lack of long terms issues and the VERY EXPENSIVE PRICE. You can have the same treatment for much less.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I visited several orthodontic clinics before choosing this one, and from the moment I arrived, I could see the difference: a warm welcome, friendly staff, and a clean, beautiful clinic. I never had any issues with appointments or with the team, who were always professional. Even when there were some unexpected issues during my treatment, they were very present and quick to handle any emergencies. Today was my last day of treatment, and the result is truly magical and beyond my expectations. I’m so happy… but also a bit sad to leave the best medical staff I’ve ever met. “The price they quoted me for just 9 months of correcting a small thing was almost the entire cost of the braces I had for two years. My insurance company rejected the form they gave me. When I went back to ask for more details, they were a bit rude and condescending. They refused to add even a tiny bit of detail so that my insurance company would accept the claim. Their appointments were also very hard to get in so I had to keep waiting to get in. If you're just looking for a repair or something other than full on braces, this probably isn't a great fit. This whole ordeal cost me weeks and a lot of stress. I called another clinic and they got me in right away with the entire thing taken care of in one week.”Lire la suiteRéduire
