When you schedule with us that time is reserved just for you. Please give us 24 hours notice for cancellations so that patients who are in need of care are able to be seen. If not, appointments are subject 50% fee for no shows and late cancellations.
If your claim is older than 3 months, please give us a call with your claim number, adjuster’s email, and adjuster’s phone number so that we can make sure your care is approved.

“I started seeing Suzie after a car accident and these sessions have become an integral part of my treatment plan and maintaining well being while confidently pushing my capacity (albeit gradually) through my recovery. “Dr Rachelle is a wonderful Naturopath. Ive seen her multiple times over the last few years for hormone levels and fertility help. We had our baby last year and I was in need of yet another iron infusion after leaving the hospital, she was so helpful and accommodating. I appreciate her knowledge and support.
