“Alexandra at front desk was incredibly kind and helpful when we realized I had mistakenly reserved a room at the Quebec location instead of Drummondville. Everything was sorted out and we had an enjoyable stay to recharge before my next day of travel. Thank you!”

“Gummy worms on floors, cloth became red after wiping the floor..? Stains were faint but almost everywhere. Items and food were misplaced or taken. I didn't even realize it when room service 'fixed' our bed. This hotel kinda sucks, the people are nice but do they even clean?”

“Stayed here after a long day of driving from Prince Edward Island to Toronto. I booked a family suite as I was travelling with my brother and elderly mother. The room was large and beds were comfortable. The location is good as there were a lot of dining options around. The parking situation was a little confusing and a bit of a free for all. Overall great value for the price point. I would stay here again if traveling through Drummondville.”

“Clean hotel in a great location. Rooms are nicely set up and front desk staff were very friendly and accommodated my lack of the french language. Close to a number of restaurants including their on premise restaurant. I had a pet friendly room on the first floor. The dog bowls, treat and dog bed were a very nice touch. Would highly recommend”

“My husband and I spent one night at this hotel. The room was great, clean & very spacious. There was a rear door walkout to sit outside. The dinner we had at the restaurant was delicious! They have a beautiful pool, we did not use it, but we saw plenty of people enjoying it. Someone else had mentioned a complimentary breakfast or continental would be a bonus, which I do agree with. I had shared photos & info with my daughter, she has 3 kids so an included breakfast is a high priority for her. Will book here again.”

“Stayed here as it was a dog friendly hotel on the Montreal side of Quebec City. Room came with huge dog bed, treats and bowls for our buddy! Really nice touch. Shower towels were huge - a nice surprise. Overall the hotel is great, however there was a large group staying in the hotel which made a ton of noise in the early morning, which is frustrating given that the hotels dog policy - which I had to sign on check in, stated they would charge another $75 to my room if we received animal-related noise complaints. Seems overkill given the $30 charge already for a dog-friendly room.”

“We were a late check in, Serge, at the front desk was wonderful. He got us checked in quickly. The hotel, including the room was spotless. Highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy any of hotel amenities as we were just passing through. The price was much less than other hotels. We were there on a Saturday of a long weekend.”
