“I went to this optical store just to get an eye exam, only to check my prescription. From the very beginning, the staff’s attitude was terrible. They seemed annoyed that I wasn’t going to purchase glasses there, and they were cold and dismissive throughout the visit. After the exam was done, nobody explained anything to me, no one went over the results, and they just ignored me until I had to leave on my own. The most shocking part was when I later found out that the prescription they gave me was completely wrong. I purchased glasses elsewhere using that prescription, and when I tried them on, I couldn’t see clearly at all. The prescription didn’t match my actual eyesight, which means they either did the test carelessly or deliberately gave me the wrong results because I didn’t buy from them. This is not only unprofessional but also extremely unethical. Giving patients an incorrect eye prescription can seriously harm their vision and cause headaches or discomfort. It’s unacceptable for any eye care provider to behave this way. Clearly, they care only about selling their own overpriced glasses rather than providing honest and accurate service. I strongly warn others not to go to this store. The experience was unpleasant, the service was disrespectful, and worst of all, the eye exam report was wrong. Save yourself the frustration and go to a professional, trustworthy optometrist who actually cares about your health and vision. “I took my time and waited to go through the entire process before writing my review and with all honesty, if you are paying $140 for a basic eye exam and almost $400 for glasses, the quality of service should be MUCH better than the quality of service I received. When I originally called to book my appointment on the phone, I was told the eye exam is $100. When I got to my appointment the price was now $140 for the most basic eye exam and extra charges for the complete. I was called about 5 times prior to my appointment to confirm my presence. I was called on a Labour Day holiday and the morning of my appointment (9am). Once I got to my appointment for noon, I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes as they are running late. I said no problem. A 30 minute wait became an hour 30 mins. Personally, if I am booking an appointment 3 weeks in advance and received 5 calls to confirm my appointment, including a call 3 hours before my appointment, I shouldn’t have to wait 1.5 hours. Not only did I end up wasting so much time and money, I didn’t like the service that was provided. I would highly recommend going somewhere else where you are valued and respected especially for your time. I had to get glasses and was told they should arrive in a week. A week goes by and I receive no call or update. Turns out to be 2 weeks. If I didn’t call, they wouldn’t have informed me of the delay. All to say, I’m sure there are many businesses out there who value their customers. I wish I could go back in time and not have spent my $550 here but hopefully this review helps others avoiding this place.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such warm smiles from both the receptionist and the owner. They took the time to really listen to all of my questions and explain everything to me. Unlike other stores, they didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything. They made me feel reassured and very comfortable. I love how they have a large selection of glasses and how kind they are with all their customers! If you're ever looking for a pair of glasses, this is definitely the place to go to!
