“As someone with high anxiety who really doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, I had an excellent first experience here. Vechna, the dental assistant, was incredibly patient, kind, and informative, which made a huge difference for me. Mélanie at reception was so sweet and helpful,she truly went above and beyond. And Dr. Elizabeth is amazing: gentle, patient, bilingual, and clearly very knowledgeable. I look forward to my next appointment. Honestly, 10/10 for this wonderful team. “I had not been to the dentist in a while due to a very unpleasant and upsetting experience with another dentist centre. The hygienist Justine was incredibly kind and understanding. The whole dental process turned from scary to a relaxing experience. The staff and dentists were so friendly, patient and understanding and they answered all my concerns with calmness. “Beautiful state-of-the-art equipment, spotlessly clean bright modern. Staff very polite. English is a bit tricky but we got by 50/50 English French. Techniques and thoroughness excellent! “I been going there for a few years and its always the same thing trying to make you take x rays always something extra. Asked her does my insurance pay for such a test she told me im not sure. I was there 9months ago and they wanted to do an x ray back then. I asked her do my insurance pay for it she told me she was not sure. Well im sure you will take my money when i walk out so you know you are getting paid but im not sure if i get reimbursed tho. Last time i did go for a cleanup like they always do the dentist comes over. last couple times they where talking like i was some child sitting there and saying things like if i was not taking care of myself and the comment in her very words <the problem is at home>. Why would you say such a thing while a customer is sitting listening to your remarks. I told her no i am not taking an x ray. Almost makes you feel like they are paid by commission it what i said. She told me she could not do a cleaning without doing the x ray so i decided to walk out. I have great teeth no swelling no pain no redness no need for all this extra work. Its my money i am not throwing it away. They would rather lose the customer then do what the customer wants. Sometimes pros have great advice and knowledge yes but this is too obvious. I asked if there was a law that they needed to do this and nope its the clinics policy. Well sorry im done being talked to like a child im done with the extra like a car dealership im done with the gouging you are all doing. The huge building with underground parking i will not be paying for it. Customer has a right to choose and we are loosing this with these places. I will go somewhere else and will look for a place that treats me like an adult and respect me as a person by not talking like im some dumb person not taking care of himself. I was ready to let things pass but this time was over the top. Its my body my choice my money. And its so obvious that all they want is the extra work while im paying and its my time wasted. You guys knew i would not get an xray from the last time and you tried again so you have lost a customer for good. Pay your own damn money making castles im not into building another persons wealth. Lots of clinics around RDP and Pointe Au Tremble.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Excellent service! First visit was for an emergency tooth ache and have since switched to them for my permanent everyday dentist. Building is new and clean and extremely well maintained. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! Dr Gabriel Icho is very patient and welcoming and always checks in during his procedures to ensure everything is going smoothly.
