“Disappointing experience. Excessive chlorine and too many broken facilities (showers, outdoor sauna, and spa jets). The sauna wood is damaged and the overall maintenance is lacking. It used to be a wonderful spot, but it has definitely gone downhill. It needs some serious TLC!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“This was our first time at the Spa and it was a fantastic experience. The spa is very well planned out and extremely clean. The staff is wonderful, Vanessa and the team are #1. There is a cute cafe area within the spa which has everything to satisfy while you take a break. The water is at the perfect temperature and there are plenty of lounging chairs to relax before repeating the circuit of water treatments. We are looking forward to another visit in the near future. Thank you”Lire la suiteRéduire

“We paid for the whole day but stayed 3 hours, I loved all the different jets, very easy to lounge in the reclining one, very relaxing, the swirling pool around the centered plant is really cool, never experienced that before. They have outdoor spas that are hotter than the interior which are a very comfortable warm temperature so you can soak pretty much all day. I liked that we weren't bothered about taking pictures or chatting occasionally, no one was pressuring us or giving us bad looks, it was easy and relaxing to be there. You have to pay 10$ to rent the bath robes, don't bother since you're inside, you don't need them.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Not impressed, could be great. Pros: -The indoor circuit concept is nice and original. -Staff was welcoming. -1 (small) towel offered with your entrance + 1 free exchange. Cons: -As many mention, the water isn’t hot like typical spa, but warm like a heated swimming pool. We got cold and stayed only 30 minutes. -The hammam and sauna are good to warm you up, but not hot enough to make you sweat. -The tea offered on site is cheap and tasteless (diluted Lipton style). -The circuit had multiple exhaust not working, making some places too bubbly while others not doing anything. -The view when resting is basic. I recommend to go to the mezzanine to see a little more the lake. For 50$ per person, it’s ok to go if you’re already staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it’s not worth the trip.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“TOP Reviewer here: I’ll start with the bad first (why 2 stars) and not 4. Because this place does have potential. The cancellation policy and/refund policy SUCKS with no remorse for its customers. We live an 1hr or so away from this spa. There was a bad accident on the way and got stuck. We called and let them know. We arrived 30min late. Due to that. they canceled our 75min massage and sent us to the baths.. No remorse. THEY DO NOT CARE about having repeat customers. And are focused on profit. Most spas would give you a voucher to come back next time or let you finish your message up to the time it’s supposed to finish. With them no… 45min of massage out the window and they charge you for it. Warning: if you book a massage god forbid something happens to you on the way. You’re losing that money just remember that. They don’t care. In Quebec when you pay for something you are by law supposed to provide that service. I will seek legal advice. HOWEVER If you keep that in mind here is the good. This spa is attached to a golf ⛳️ hotel You need to go to the hotel main entrance to get to the spa in the back. In the booking process There are NO packages for 2 Everything has to be booked separately. That’s just terrible However Staff was in fact very friendly this time around and was very communicative. I can see the staff felt bad for our situation but management doesn’t care about you and just your money The place is gorgeous and feel like it’s perfect for a winder time spa as 90% of it is indoors. Water jets are ok, water circuits are ok place indoors are filled with artificial plants There is a 2nd level where you can rest that looks nice. OVERALL I will not be coming back due to the there is to much risk of money being lost at any occasion with this spa”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I love the spa outside, there weren't a lot of cars passing by so we could hear the birds and it was amazing. The inside spa with the sauna and eucalyptus room was so awesome”

“I cannot say enough about our Spa experience here. My wife and I stayed overnight and used the Watergenic Spa both days. The water temperature was excellent. It is not hot tub hot and that is the point. It is 85 degrees which allows you not overheat and enjoy being in the water for an extended amount of time. Want water that's hot tub hot? The two oversized hot tubs outside are exactly what you are looking for. The glass surrounding them helps block the breeze and reduce noise as well which was great. Dry Sauna with a view of the lake was beautiful. The steam sauna aromatherapy was strong but not overpowering. The staff were kind, always refilling the water station, and attentive to every question we asked. The Bistro at the Spa offers small plates that were the perfect size light lunch portion. My wife had a 60 min massage, was consulted about what she was looking for prior to beginning and they delivered exactly what she asked. Outdoor fire pit was nice, plenty of wood available and as a bonus, there were fleece blankets and the door for you use if you get chilly. Will be back, will tell all my friends and family.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Located on Lake Champlain, this spa is not too far from our stay in Vermont. The bathing area feels like a Garden of Eden and is what attracted me to come here. Very clean facilities. Unfortunately, the water was barely warm. Not sure why but we would have enjoyed our visit more otherwise. The outdoor hot pools were slightly warmer. Happy to be in the steam room than to sauna. Would love to return in hoped of warmer swims. The property is beautiful.”Lire la suiteRéduire
