“False marketing and untrained staff. I booked their "head-to-toe" full-body package after calling ahead to explicitly confirm that the face was included. Once I arrived, they refused to treat my face, claiming the hair "would grow back thicker." This is completely false marketing. While there is a minor risk of stimulated growth if you treat fine peach fuzz, it does not apply to all skin and hair types and as someone who has successfully had facial laser before, I know how the technology works. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and used medical misinformation as an excuse to cut corners on a package I paid for. They have advanced laser machines but clearly do not know how to properly assess clients or operate them with nuance. Save your money and go to a clinic that is honest and medically competent.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a laser appointment at New Era Beauté with Lovely, and it was a great experience. She was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole session. Everything was explained clearly, the clinic was clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent.
