“Five years ago I arrived in Canada, and I almost always found people friendly and very professional. I say almost always because this clinic was the exception. They did terrible work, and in the end, they refused to take responsibility for the poor job they did. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic because, if they can't do the job, they'll refer you to another professional to fix the mess they created here. The cost I paid is far too high to have to pay someone else—a true professional—again. Dr. Stein's work was awful. I at least expected a solution from the manager, and the response was that the current specialist wasn't able to treat my condition. Very bad, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. What fair and compensatory solution are you talking about? If the answer was that you can't do anything, that you're very sorry! 🤷‍♂️”

“Found out the day of my appointment that they moved locations and didn't bother to tell me. I've always received communication from them about my appointments in the past but not this time. Now I know why as they didn't even bother to keep my appointment. Not sure if they have a receptionist as it took quite a while to even reach a person at their new location. Time to find a new dentist.”

“After Dr. Chhina left the downtown office, I tried a dentist near my home. It did not go well. So instead I happily followed Dr. Chinna and his staff to their new location in Charleswood. I do not have very good teeth so I need a dentist I can rely. Dr. Chhina is that, as well as meticulous and thorough. He and his staff are friendly, thoughtful, and kind.”

“I had an amazing experience getting my Invisalign treatment done with Dr. Chhina at Mynt Dental. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain the entire process clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I never felt rushed, and that really helped me feel confident about starting Invisalign. He is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best results for his patients. The whole process has been smooth so far, and I’m very happy with how everything is progressing. The team at Mynt Dental is also very friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is clean and modern. I highly recommend Dr. Chhina if you’re considering Invisalign or any dental treatment — you’ll be in great hands!”

“I used to love this place. They did a great job with cleanings, and the staff was always nice and happy to be there. However, recently, my wisdom teeth have started coming in, so I called to make an appointment for them to take a look and advise me on the next steps. They asked if I also wanted to do a cleaning, and I said yes. I went there, they took an X-ray, and did my cleaning. Then a doctor walked in and told me I needed braces. I asked him to look at my wisdom teeth, and they told me I should make an appointment with the specialist who comes in once a month. The appointment was on a day I usually work, and I don’t work much, so canceling was a hassle, but I did it because it was for the specialist. I came in today, and the same doctor attended me again. He told me I still needed braces and asked if I wanted to have the procedure done awake or asleep. The consultation, which was with the same doctor who had already seen me and given his input, lasted about 15 minutes and cost around $100. Honestly, it was horrible service. It felt like they just wanted my money. I will not be returning for cleanings or consultations, and I do not recommend you go there.”
