“Summer was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and welcomed. Her hands are truly powerful and healing — she knows exactly how to find and release tension and pain. “I'd leave a 0 if I could. Not because the massage wasn't good but because I've been cancelled on twice (first time took 3 weeks to get refunded), the latest while I was there yesterday, waiting for my therapist to show up. There was no reception, only a therapist that was in a room with another client who I didn't want to disturb, and business phone wasn't getting answered. Finally, I emailed when it was 10 minutes past my appointment, to be eventually called back to say that the appointment was cancelled due to the therapist being injured even though the email response said they were going to check when she's going to arrive. These things happen and I wish the therapist a swift recovery but the fact that no one knew up until the last minute is mind boggling. Also concerning was the fact that I was able to walk up and sit there without anyone even noticing. Not the kind of security you would want to have when you're on a massage chair, even if the room doors lock from the inside..... Really unfortunate, I really wanted to have a convenient place in the neighbourhood to go and this one has great reviews. Maybe the therapists do a good job but I wouldn't be able to tell at this point since I won't be going there anymore.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I somehow managed to strain muscles in my lower back, and the pain was so severe I had to book a 7:45pm visit. Let me tell you, in one session, I felt like a new person. I didn't think it would last but the pain is essentially gone even by the next day! Summer was the massage therapist I booked with, and she recommended cupping, which was a technique I was not familiar with, but it worked wonders! I was so happy with the results I dropped by to tell the staff how pleased I was with the session. If you're doubting going, don't! Say what you need and they'll take care of you. “I booked a series of prenatal massages with Lisa, and her experienced techniques and supportive presence got me through a painful few weeks in my pregnancy. Lisa is not only a wonderful massage therapist, she’s also very knowledgeable about pregnancy and birth in general and was a great resource (and this is not my first pregnancy). “The ambiance at My Alignment helps you relax and ease into a treatment. The owner and staff are kind, professional and know how to get to the root of your issue. I've been coming here for years to get treatments. They listen to you, they give you added pointers or exercises to help you work on the issue. “Amazing amazing amazing!! I chose 60min therapeutical massage with Heather Campbell! She is absolutely amazing! I had shoulder and neck tension/pain due to several weeks of intense work.and I felt the numbing of my hands due to the back pain. She used her magical hands cleared my tension and nice enough taught me some stretching tricks.
