“Wish I could give 6 stars, I love Motion Matters!! I've been coming here for years for different issues and they've always blown me away with their kindness and expertise. Lately I've been dealing with a really demoralizing, recurring injury and my physio Breana Hooks has been so so helpful in using her knowledge to help me get back to being able to play sports. As with everyone at the clinic, she answers all my questions, accommodates/addresses all of my concerns and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best treatment possible (even though I ask a TON of questions and sometimes go over time). The other week I reinjured myself again and despite the fact it had been 4 months since I last saw them AND I was in another city, I called Motion Matters. Immediately they went out of their way to find a solution and I was able to speak to a physiotherapist that same day to get advice. They also managed to book me for an in-person appointment with Breana as soon as possible to start my treatment. Then this week, I had some questions/issues about claiming my physio on my taxes. I called, and Elizabeth Stegenga the clinic manager immediately took the time to help me figure everything out and even offered to provide me with a treatment summary and letters from them JUST IN CASE it was needed. I find with physiotherapy clinics (like many other services) it's usually hit or miss, which is why I really appreciate this place. So much so that I'm writing my first Google review ever. Can't recommend them enough!”

“I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff is very professional, passionate, attentive and kind. Nina really helped (and continues to help me!) in times of need. One day, I experienced an intense injury related to TMJ. Donna took me in when other clinics asked me to wait over a month and she healed me! During that time, she helped me to remain positive and lifted my spirits. Breana is now currently helping me with a meniscus injury and I appreciate the plan and care she's provided me with. I will be recommending these services to all my loved ones. Thank you!”

“Kathy is the best! Previously to seeing Kathy, I spent 6 months of physio at another place. After 6 months, I saw no improvement. After about one month of exercises from Kathy, I felt so much better! I have a very physical job so Kathy tailored my exercises so not only was I in less pain (back, hip, pelvis), but I was stronger for my job! I highly recommend Kathy!”

“Five-star staff and a five-star service! Everyone at Motion Matters are great. For my sciatic nerve injury, both Donna and Anna have been helping me to recover. They have been fantastic. They listen, they explain, they motivate, and they give me the right level of challenge in my home exercises to keep me moving along the road to full movement. I have been to other clinics but these ladies put them in the shade! I really thought I wouldn't get my flexible body back after I injured it but now I know I will. I strongly recommend Motion Matters Physiotherapy.”
