“I have been going here for over 6 months now, initially came here because I had a calf injury, where David helped me fully recover within a few weeks. I then continued physio for neck/trap pain and both David and Laurel have been super helpful. “The spot that is helping me to have some consistency in my fitness routine!!! I don't have an injury per se but I'm trying to get stronger and have my aging body reacting well to falls and injuries. Taofiq has been my physio since day one. I've been doing the Moov strong program. Though the sessions could get sweaty 🥵 and painful, I never regret going there, especially when the session is over 🤣. Taofiq meets me at my level though he pushes me to get to the next level, with some reason. The receptionist, Manapo, is also very kind. I love that place because they have availabilities after 5pm. “Every time I have a session with Laurel I walk out walk out straighter and feeling normal. Thanks, Laurel February 2026. About 6 months or so working with Laurel and still her level of care is amazing. At my age, late 60’s, all kinds of issues come up … vertigo, dizziness, ankle injury, sciatica. Laurel is there helping me feel like I can regain a sense of control and quality of life that I need to live life to the fullest. Laurel is great at assessing the issue, bringing in her vast experience and skills, and putting all together in an affective program that is doable and works. Can’t thank you enough Laurel. Older comments …. I’ve been working with Laurel for about a month and a half now. I so highly recommend her. My dizziness has greatly improved and I now feel much in control because of the exercises she’s given me. Laurel looks beyond the immediate to monitor my progress and recommend changes to exercises that that better target my dizziness as it evolves. This has resulted in big improvements and spacing out of appointments as I develop a routine and gain control over this condition. (August 28 2025) The rest here is from my first appointment with Laurel Laurel McAdam at MOOV was amazing. She took the time to know my situation, did a thorough assessment and provided useful treatment that helped me improve my vertigo and dizziness right away as well as a long term plan that made me feel like I can regain control over my life. “I went to see Fatime while I was pregnant and she did an incredible job helping me prepare for the daunting task of childbirth. She has many years of experience as a pelvic floor physiotherapist and I always walked away from our sessions better informed about the work we did and the work still to come. She also made me feel safe and comfortable during a very vulnerable experience. Fatime is now helping me with my recovery from a c-section and I’m so grateful to have her. “Taofiq is great! I originally went in for tennis elbow. He did an assessment and confirmed the problem, then created a treatment plan for me. Our sessions were primarily massaging the affected arm with some strengthening exercises and stretching. It went really well until I injured the same arm. Taofiq was amazing, he modified my original plan to help both issues. I definitely recommend Taofiq and will likely be returning once I am able to (due to yet another injury).”Lire la suiteRéduire

“After experiencing chronic pain and discomfort in my right shoulder and neck that caused nerve pain down my arm, I sought physiotherapy, where Taofiq guided me through my recovery. His tailored exercise prescription and clear explanations and recovery process helped me understand exactly how to manage my condition. Thanks to his support and education, I made significant progress and was able to safely return to the gym and sports. He not only treated my condition with care, but also took the time to educate me on my specifics, explaining the relevant anatomy, and discussed recovery options based on my progress.
