“I highly recommend this massage therapist. Her technique is truly exceptional — she combines cupping therapy, heat treatment, and deep therapeutic massage to target the root of the problem rather than just providing temporary relaxation. My shoulder had been so painful that I couldn’t sit or stand comfortably, but after the session, I regained normal function and felt incredibly relieved. The treatment can be a bit painful at times, but that’s because her approach is focused on real healing, not just comfort. This kind of therapeutic, results-driven massage is very rare in Montreal. “I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage and the experience was great from start to finish. Her technique is strong, controlled, and very effective at relieving tension. “I’ve had an amazing experience with Minglei. She is very warm, easy to communicate with, and incredibly skilled at finding sore muscles and pain points. She uses a variety of techniques, including cupping, to effectively treat any issues I have. After each session, my body feels completely relaxed. “Wonderful deep tissue massage from Minglei. Unlike other practitioners Minglei will continue working on other areas while waiting for the cupping. I have searched the west island for a good deep tissue massage and have found a great one here. Anyone who does manual labor needs to visit Minglei regularly! Trigger point massage is not for the faint of heart and I strongly recommend it. “I booked a session with Minglei with a “let’s just give it a try” mindset, and I was pleasantly surprised from the very first touch. Lately, I’ve been suffering from pain in my right shoulder, arm, and hand. I had tried a few physical therapy sessions elsewhere, but the results weren’t very effective. However, after this massage, while the pain didn’t disappear immediately, I could clearly feel that my muscles were much more relaxed, and the tension in my upper back and shoulders had significantly eased. Throughout the entire session, she was focused and professional—there was absolutely no sense of rushing or going through the motions. In our brief conversation, I also appreciated her blend of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge with an open and positive attitude toward Western medical techniques.
