“The people are very nice and provide good massage. Unfortunately things have changed since I started going to this clinic over the last 20 years. I was drawn to the clinic for many reasons including a very natural approach that also included a scent free policy that was followed. This was no longer the case the last few times that I went. The owner tried to convince me otherwise and blamed other factors when I brought it up; when my spouse came to meet me, they also noticed the strong detergent smells being emitted from the dryers. It’s not the “last person who used the table leaving a scent,” it was full on harsh laundry detergent. Rather than owning it, the owner was a tad aggressive about the fact to the point that I felt that they have low to no objectivity (they clearly want to keep their ratings high as any business owner would) and offered a free acupuncture session (which I did not use). I am exercising my right to reflect my experience and preference for a scent free clinic, including the therapists not wearing cologne/perfumes (also part of the problem). The owner has no one to blame but their own decisions. Sad to leave this clinic after so many years and lovely people but most clinics have scent free policies that are enforced so onward going.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“This was a fantastic experience. Angela was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I went in with the somewhat unusual issue of what she deemed "exceptional" neck tension, which has affected me as a vocalist and also aggravates me nonstop. She made no assumptions, asked great questions, and assessed the situation clinically. Left with relief, greater mobility, and a game plan. I've been to lots of RMTs in my day. “Best massage I've had in Ottawa. I have tried about 5 different places now. I had my first appointment with Sylvie and it was amazing. I have multiple injuries that cause me to be extremely tight.
