“I had a great experience with this chiropractic clinic. I've been with so many clinic and just with Dr. John Kemper is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and fix my neck and back in just a few visit. Even if I need to ask a question twice, he is always patient and makes sure I understand my treatment. The staff is friendly, the clinic is welcoming, and I've noticed a big improvement since starting my care. I truly appreciate the professionalism and genuine concern they have for their patients. “Can't say enough good things about this place! I've suffered with chronic migraines all my life with not relief, it was a main concern I brought up to Dr Stanton. He has helped me so much with this issue after X-raying me and actually physically showing me what could be causing them. I've even gone in for an appointment during a full out migraine, he recognized the issue, was gentle, made a couple of adjustments and within 10 minutes of the appointment my migraine was clearing, it blew my mind. Absolutely fantastic staff, the receptionists are friendly, personable and easy to talk with, love them all! “The reason I’m giving only three stars has nothing to do with the chiropractors themselves. My experience with the adjustments for my back and neck has been excellent. I’ve seen several chiropractors at this clinic, and they have all helped me significantly with my pain. My only concern is with the morning receptionist. It can be quite uncomfortable how loudly she discusses her personal relationships at the front desk. I believe medical reception staff should maintain a more professional environment, especially considering that many patients in the waiting area are already dealing with pain or discomfort. I often hesitate to approach her because it usually leads to more personal conversation on her end. I haven’t brought this up directly out of concern about creating an issue, but I do feel it affects the overall experience. That said, if you’re looking for excellent chiropractic care and real pain relief, you will absolutely find that here.”Lire la suiteRéduire
