“I used to be a regular customer for their hot yoga sessions, and I really, really enjoyed them. The teachers were kind, knowledgeable, and created such a good atmosphere that in one session I even got emotional, the vibes were just amazing. That’s why I booked an infrared sauna with red light therapy session, based on my past experience and previous staff telling me the sauna included red light therapy. When I arrived this time, I asked a few questions to clarify, and a staff member called the manager. The new staff member returned and said the small red light bulb in the sauna was the red light therapy, but when I looked at the bulb, it appeared to be an ambient mood light bulb, the type you can buy on Amazon. I asked again when I got out if it was red light therapy or infrared, and I was told it was infrared by the manager present at the time. (I think her name is Brigitte). The manager was very clear in explaining what infrared is, which I appreciated, but that wasn’t the problem, my confusion was about whether the sauna included actual red light therapy, which it did not. Since infrared alone wasn’t what I was looking for, I inquired about another service, and they kindly offered a reimbursement, which I appreciated. Overall, the staff were polite, and my experience with the hot yoga was wonderful, but the explanation about the sauna was confusing and left me feeling unsure about the service. I hope this feedback helps clarify what’s included in the sauna sessions for future clients. I recommend additional training to ensure everyone is properly informed!”
