“Very disappointing experience. I was booked and billed for a 60-minute full-body massage through my insurance, but the therapist stopped after about 45 minutes. The entire session consisted mostly of very light gliding with almost no pressure. Despite repeatedly asking for more pressure, my requests were ignored, and the therapist seemed frustrated. When I mentioned that I had booked 60 minutes, my concern was dismissed. The full-body massage was not even completed. I left feeling like I did not receive the treatment that was billed to my insurance. I will not be returning.”

She answers questions, gives exercises that could help and generally is very pleasant and professional. The office is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.”

“I found the whole place in need of a major cleaning. The windows in front are filthy. The person at the front desk was eating and leaving crumbs on his shirt. The sign says 'please take off your shoes' but the floors are too dirty to walk around in socks. The bathroom floor needs washing and the toilet tank hasn't been dusted in at least a month. The sheet on the bed was so old that it wouldn't stay in place.”
