“Had an appointment twice and they canceled it on me with less than 2 hours notice. Although they want 24 hours notice for me to cancel my own appointments or they charge you anyways. No thanks, I won't be back.”

“It was my first massage ever.i went in for a pulled muscle and met with justin. Although he could not eliminate the pain in my side he did relieve a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back and gave me some very helpful information on helping rectify the problem. He was very professional and great for carring on a conversation. I would like to add following Justins advice I can now stand without excruciating pain after just 3 days. “I am editing my review and rating as things have drastically gone down hill in the past 5ish months, out of the next 5 appointments I booked, 4 were messed up in some way, 2 were canceled, one while I was driving to my appointment, one was the day prior, luckily, another I sat there for 30 minutes in reception until they realized someone had booked me in with an rmt that was off that day, for that one they comped my next appointment, which went very well, I had Lauren and she was wonderful, so when I was leaving I booked for 2 weeks out, exactly, apparently they didn't do that because they called me 2 days before the day I asked for asking if I was on my way, um, no, my appointment is in 2 days, they wanted to rebook me for the day I had actually asked for but I'm done with them. My appointments working out 20% of the time doesn't do it for me. Had my first professional massage ever today with Nicole; she was amazing. She was thorough, kind, and made sure to keep checking in if there was too much or not enough pressure and that I was comfortable. She explained clearly what to expect during and gave clear aftercare instructions. Definitely recommend her and I will be back.”Lire la suiteRéduire
