“I cannot say enough good things about Martel and Michell. After suffering a broken hip and nerve damage, I needed extensive rehabilitation, and they were outstanding every step of the way. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made a huge difference in my recovery. They took the time to listen to my concerns, created a treatment plan that fit my needs, and continually encouraged me to keep progressing. Their patience, support, and positive attitude helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, I have made significant improvements that I wasn’t sure were possible when I first started rehabilitation. “Martell and Mitchell is a fantastic clinic. Whether you need physio, rehab, O.T, aquatic therapy they have it all. Mike is my physiotherapist and I can’t say enough about how compassionate and effective he is. He really gets it. The pool staff are excellent and really know their stuff. The front desk staff are not only friendly but very helpful as well. If you need physio don’t hesitate, choose this clinic. “I'm seeing Suzanne (my occupational therapist) & I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her! Where to start, Suzanne is so welcoming, empathetic, understanding, dedicated, supportive, super friendly & just so knowledgeable. I'm ever so grateful for her guidance & extensive support throughout my journey & I'm beyond fortunate my benefits case worker found her for me. Suzanne has helped me gain insights, learning new coping mechanisms (especially having anxiety & depression) but most importantly while doing it all- she makes me feel safe & supported. “Very disappointed. My son rescheduled his appointment as soon as the reminder was sent out, as the date was not convenient. He is a university student who has not been able to work since he broke his leg. The facility charged him $40 as a fee for rescheduling late. That is 50% of the cost of the appointment. Highway robbery !! I'm sure that the facility is profitable enough that they do not need to fleece money out of young unemployed university students recovering from an injury.”Lire la suiteRéduire
