“I found manual physio from a google search and selected it for location and I realized I knew the administrative supervisor Janice. I am being treated for injury to both ankles after a nasty fall. Absolutely love the joyful and humorous atmosphere and the expertise at Manual Physio! I love the dedication to supporting student program placements and Martin provides his students with hands-on experiences while maintaining a superior level of patient care! I always feel welcome and heard which is so important to me during my healing journey. Cass is patient, kind and very supportive. Martin is funny, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. “Here at Manual physio, I have experienced professionalism at its finest. The staff is so friendly, they truly make one feel like family. Your well being is their number one priority. Manual physio and the staff here have given my life back again, and I am forever grateful to them. When my family doctor took me out of work in 2022, after 44 years of work, I was barely able to walk, but with the guidance and support, as well as the treatment I received, I have my life back because of these amazing people. “I attended this clinic suffering for months with plantar fasciitis. My physiotherapist Martin Payne listened attentively, completed a full checkup, then proceeded immediately with treatments to tackle the problem. He is incredibly knowledgeable, hands-on, compassionate, kind and funny. The entire group of staff members were caring and very helpful. “Absolutely amazing experience going here, not only am I not in pain constantly anymore but the staff is all amazing and so welcoming! Today was my last appointment and it’s bittersweet leaving, I’m extremely happy with the outcome however I’ve come to look forward to these appointments every week! Cass is absolutely fantastic making sure you aren’t in pain while doing the exercises and makes you feel welcome! “Today, I had an initial neck assessment with Martin Payne. WOW - what an amazing experience! He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and genuine. He shared his knowledge and thoughts so I knew exactly what was happening each step of the way. I felt like my health was finally prioritized and in proper hands after feeling uncertain for so long. Cassidy Williamson then taught me my unique routine. She was encouraging and energetic as we went through each exercise. As well, Janice at the front desk was welcoming and very organized. “Dr. Martin Payne is a Very diagnostic physiotherapist. After 1 year of ankle trouble post sprain, he did a full assesment of what he referred to as the 'kinetic chain.' I've worked with many therapists over the years at different clinics and can confidently say Dr. Payne is at the top of his craft. This was a highly productive visit as he moved me through a barrage of tests and movement demonstrations. We did some stairs, biking, stretches, walking, reflex tests, needling, joint manipulations etc.There is tooo much to list in a 1.5 hour visit. Needless to say, this is an excellent clinic. Payne and his staff certainly know their stuff and run a very clean and well organized show. Its a beautiful clinic with a little gym.👌 I was sent home with lots of homework vs. stretches and exercises. Despite these visits being pricey for someone without benefits its worth every dollar when you find a good therapist and feel confident they are going to get you back to function.
