She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel valued from start to finish. We would also like to recognize her colleague, Mohamed, who was equally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Together, they provided customer service that exceeded our expectations. “If I could give 0 stars, I would. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment, like I was told to do. They made me wait 2h for my appointment and since they make you pay before the appointment, I couldn't even leave.”

“Worst customer service and experience. An appointment at 1:20 PM and we only got to see the doctor at 4 PM. The clinic seems to be short staffed and not properly trained as the receptionists are a bit lost in their processes and who to prioritize first.”

“even 1 star is much. I have ordered my glasses in 2021 in this location, Saint-Leonard. in 2 months maximum I supposed to get used to it. so when I asked them to fix it, they said to wait. after 2 month they do not do any lens changes for free. during the year i have left few messages to them about how I am not comfortable in this glasses. nobody answer back. service is 0. Till now I was suffering. decided to go to Costco and they just warm up little bit my frame and fixed it. I cannot believe it.”

“Some technicians are not dependable but the doctor was excellent; the technicians have you carry out the preliminary eye tests, prior to seeing the doctor. They had me fail miserably before the doctor could not believe their results and had me redo the preliminaries with another valid technician who reversed significantly the prior preliminaries. The first preliminaries caused a great deal of anxiety and worry”

“When your in the store/clinic they're pretty helpful not rude but. I call today at 9:30 (opening hour) no answer until 10 and spoke to a rude associate that insisted on cutting me off as if I was in the wrong. I had to ask her to let me explain. Working in customer service I can understand store policies/prices may change and poor customer service. I called to order some lenses for around the price I was quoted and was told it would be about $75.00 more. I'll pay more if the service/quality is there. Piece of advice learn how to communicate with your customers, how long is a price quote good for, I apologize for the inconvenience our prices have changed...that sort of thing don't cut them off as if your frustrated.”
