“I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Kady Cisse was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Sarah was friendly, caring, and attentive, ensuring that I was at ease during the entire visit. Their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The receptionists (Taylor and Wendy) were welcoming, efficient, and always greeted me with a smile. Scheduling appointments was easy, and they were very helpful with any questions I had. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made me feel confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Overall, the entire team provided outstanding service and made my visit a very positive experience. “I’ve always been consistent with getting dental hygiene cleanings because I really love that fresh, super clean feeling on my teeth. But after my previous hygienist went on maternity leave and eventually moved to another clinic back in 2021, I found myself hopping from one dental clinic to another. I was trying to find someone who had both good vibes and high-quality cleaning—not just someone friendly, but someone truly thorough. It honestly took a while to find that combination again… until I came to Lumi and met Jerick. He has such a great vibe, is very gentle, and does an incredibly thorough job. I could really feel that all the tartar buildup was removed—like, I could actually feel the spaces between my teeth again lol. There’s just something so satisfying about having really clean teeth! “Fantastic experience from the very first contact! Taylor and Anna at the front desk are wonderful, I met Dr Cissé and her team: absolute dream! Had a cleaning performed by Rachelle (didn’t know a cleaning could be as painless and pleasant!) Currently pregnant, my gums were very irritated and bleeding, after 2 sessions of cleaning, not a single trace of blood while brushing my teeth. Walk, run, fly, teleport to Lumi dental! :-) Best experience ever!! Dr Cissé et toute son équipe sont formidables! “I chipped my front tooth badly this morning and wanted it fixed asap, but my normal dentist could not see me for close to a week. I called all over the city and finally got a same day appointment at a place on St Anne's. After I read the reviews for that clinic I was not confident in the clinic, especially for a cosmetic front tooth repair. I kept calling and got in at Lumi same day appointment. The front desk staff was super helpful with figuring out my insurance situation (Recently switched providers and plans) The dental hygienist seemed new, she wanted to do an XRay but couldn't get the thing you bite on to stay where it was supposed to. She also didn't suction very often at first and saliva was pooling in my throat, but after I indicated I needed it all was fine. The hygienist and dentist were both very friendly and the hygienist gave me a blanket because I was cold. It was a good experience over all and my tooth looks great, and is nice and smooth.
