“After experiencing worrying dental symptoms over night, over New Year, and as recommended by 811, I called Sante Sourire, which is not my regular dentist( closed for the week). I requested an emergency appointment on the 3 January. I did not expect to get a response to my voice mail as I was not a patient and was concerned about a week-end suffering with dental pain. I received a call back and was given an emergency appointment. From the admin to the technician and the dentist, I could not have asked for better service. What a great team! They certainly deserve the very favourable ratings on Google. Thank you Santé Sourire for accommodating a non patient in an emergency during the holiday season. “Contemplating if I should ever go back! Love the dentist and so far great experiences with the hygienists but the administration??? For some reason I ALWAYS have issues with them or ONE in particular from when I call in to today in person. “Just tapping in, I went to that clinic maybe 6 years ago, maybe more. I was shot with the X-Ray like about 15 times, the girl was new maybe but she was left unsupervised, I remember hearing the X-Ray machine over and over. But as a patient I don’t really have a clue, another lady came and said something like « what the hell are you doing ». Well, I never came back, hopefully she didn’t increase my risk of cancer too much. But I believe it was clearly not good, I didn’t go mad or anything but I never came back. I just hope it wasn’t that bad and that no one ever get shot with X-Rays in the face over and over again in that clinic. “My family and I have been going to this dental clinic for over a decade, and we've tried a variety of their services. Their quality of care has always been top-notch. Even though we moved a few years ago and the clinic is a bit farther away now, we decided to stick with them, and we've never regretted it. One thing we really appreciate is having all the different treatments available in one place – from pediatrics to implants, they've got it covered. Whenever we needed urgent treatment, they always managed to fit us in, which was a huge relief. Plus, they're great at explaining the options and treatment plans in a clear and honest way. Dr. Marwan Hbeika, who's been our dentist throughout, is fantastic. His work is excellent, and we trust him completely. In short, our experience with this clinic has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, the treatments are high-quality, and the convenience is unbeatable.
