“I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this place. I first went in in Oct 2021 for an emergency appointment. I thought I had a detached retina. They made room for me as quickly as they could despite having other patients who have had their appointments well in advance. The optometrist who saw me assured me it was not a detached retina but something else that is thankfully not serious. She was very thorough in explaining what I have and showed the care you would expect from an eye care professional. I felt I could ask questions and she patiently explained things so I can understand what is happening. I have seen them a few times since as they have assisted me with retinal specialists for my eye condition. The first retinal specialist ghosted me cuz what I have is not "serious" and the current specialist I am seeing I don't like, he seems old school in his practices, he doesn't ask me questions and never explains things properly to me and I think he should retire. Each time they have helped and they always go above and beyond to help me. Even though I am no longer in their care they always try to do something for me when I have asked for their help. They are truly what health care should be like every where. If only they had a retinal specialist I would gladly have them looking after my eyes.”Lire la suiteRéduire
