“I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in the New Sudbury Center! Hernan and Jamie Lee were absolutely incredible, honestly above and beyond. They were so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable the entire time. My girls are pretty active, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness, which we really appreciated. They were also down a staff member and still had a busy store, but you never would have known it with how well they managed everything. “The optometrist here was not thorough and when I came in for a new prescription last year, and also complained of itchy watery eyes she did not do a thorough examination. She dismissed my concerns and told me it was a side effect of my medication, despite me saying it wasn't... as ive been on the medication for a while with no side effects... she did not do a thorough examination. Turns out I have had chronic posterior blepharitis which has now gone untreated for a year because she brushed off my concerns instead of doing the appropriate testing to identify this. I was nervous going in not having bought a pair of glasses for myself in 5 years, but she was really patient with me, suggested styles based on what I told her, really friendly. “I broke my glasses over the holidays and went in to the New Sudbury Mall LensCrafters location to see if I could get them fixed or replace the frame. All three opticians on duty were incredibly helpful. Sarah tried to fix them (they were kaput). Another staff member found a recently returned pair with the same frame and size. I got an almost new frame for free, and I cannot say enough how helpful and resourceful they all were. “This is by far the best place to get glasses. The customer service is absolutely incredible. In addition, this store is able to charge directly to the insurance company, offers 30 days to pick the second pair with a discount, and the frames you receive are new, not what’s on the floor.
