“I was going on vacation and I lost one of the screws on the hinges of my glasses. I came to LensCrafters and Ms Pascale the sweetest lady fixed my glasses right away. She was kind and Her service was impeccable. I tried another pair of glasses while I was there and I will go back after my vacation to do my exam and buy them, because excellent customer service is rare today. “Amazing experience at LensCrafters Fairview! Laura was an outstanding sales representative — very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way, took the time to explain the different options and helped me find exactly what I needed. Molham was honestly one of the best eye care professionals I’ve dealt with. Very experienced, courteous, and professional, but also extremely calm, attentive, and easy to talk to. He really took his time, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Jessica for sure is doing a great job managing the store because the whole team was welcoming, organized, and professional. “I had almost given up on my Ray-Ban sunglasses because they were so badly damaged that I thought I would have to throw them away. Karen at LensCrafters Pointe Claire completely fixed them and made them look great again. I’m so appreciative of her help, skill, and attention to detail. “I'd like to comment on the associate (Niloufar) and other staff who helped me. I have been to many opticians in my lifetime, and this experience was among the best. The associate was knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect frame for me as well as the perfect lenses. She answered all of my questions promptly and she was very professional. “I had a great experience at LensCrafters! The staff were very professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. They gave useful advice without being pushy and let me take my time trying different frames without rushing. They’re also very flexible and focused on what you actually want. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses and felt confident in my choices. A special thank you to Niloufar and the two opticians, they were amazing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and one of the opticians even adjusted my sunglasses even though I didn’t buy them there.
