“I visited Le Lunetier LaSalle for an eye examination, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff at the reception were rude and unprofessional. When I asked questions, I did not receive the helpful and respectful service I expected. A healthcare establishment should make customers feel comfortable and valued. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.”

“I am writing this review to share my experience and to make people in my community aware not to go there, as I personally felt that I experienced racism. I went there for an eye test. My concern is about the three receptionists, whose behavior made us feel very uncomfortable. In the end, we decided to leave without completing the appointment. During my first examination, I was seen by a lady who appeared to be Chinese or Japanese. After the initial check-up, I was sitting in the waiting area when I noticed that she came to the reception desk and started laughing while looking at me. Since I was unsure what was happening, I asked my friend to politely check if everything was okay with my test. Instead of answering the question, she simply said that another staff member would explain it. My friend asked again, but he still did not receive a clear response. After that, the receptionists continued looking at me and laughing. Their behavior made me feel embarrassed, humiliated, and unwelcome. Before leaving, we asked for the names of the three receptionists so that we could report the incident. However, they refused to provide their names. I hope that every customer is treated with respect and professionalism. I suggest that the owner take this matter seriously. You can review the security camera footage to see all the receptionist behaviour and reaction toward me. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m. today.”

“My mother stopped at this store on Tuesday because the lense from her reading glasses fell out and the person who served her fixed the problem quickly and was very nice. Considering she was treated very unprofessionally at the store where she bought the reading glasses. I will definitely consider bringing my next eye glass prescription to this store & my mom as well .. Thank you to everyone”

“For the over 5 years that I have been coming to Le LUNETIER I have always had great service, from all the partners that work at Le LUNETIER lasalle location. I did have an issue with getting the wrong prescription but they worked with me and replaced the unopened boxes with a more updated prescription. They are all polite, helpful and treat each customer with respect and MOST IMPORTANTLY they speak both English and French so their clients can express their concerns clearly. I highly recommend this location, their great selection options and their speedy turnaround times.”
