“I highly recommend Lara and the entire clinic staff! 10/10 The care I received was outstanding, especially for an aesthetic emergency on a Saturday when it was so difficult to find an open clinic with availability. The excellent reviews gave me the confidence to book an appointment, and the service truly lived up to them. Lara not only repaired my chipped front tooth beautifully, but she also took the time to carefully match the shade of the composite resin and made sure I was completely happy with the final result. “My gums were bleeding, got panicked so I called for an emergency appointment today. They booked me right away, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. The receptionist and dental assistant were both incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Lara took amazing care of me. She took the time to explain everything so clearly, which really put my mind at ease. On top of that, she went above and beyond by squeezing me in for a full cleaning right then and there, saving me from having to wait for a separate appointment. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I’m so thankful for how quickly and thoroughly they helped me. Highly recommend!”

“I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Lara and her team not only for their precise and professional work, but also for their kind hearts. It so happened that on Friday evening I broke my front tooth. Le Dentalis clinic was the closest one, so I went there. There were only 20 minutes left before closing time (!), yet I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Lara’s team members, Celia and Avia. They quickly completed all the necessary paperwork, prepared everything for the doctor’s examination, and supported me throughout the entire process. Dr. Lara acted professionally and efficiently, while also being incredibly attentive, friendly, and positive despite the fact that her workday had already ended. She offered several options to solve the problem, and in the end I left the clinic with a temporary — but still restored — tooth. The doctor and the girls stayed with me for more than 2 hours (!) after the clinic’s closing time. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement, because I could never have imagined that patients could be treated with such genuine care and compassion. Le Dentalis clinic, Dr. Lara, Avia, and Celia — I would give you 500 ⭐️ if I could, but unfortunately I can only give 5. You are true professionals, and also incredibly kind, warm, and positive people. I am truly grateful to have met you. You are the best! ❤️”

“Average service with a premium price tag. I'm not quite sure why this clinic has a perfect 5-star rating given the costs. I came in for a routine cleaning and exam and found their fees to be well above the recommended provincial guidelines. If you are on the CDCP, note that they only covered about 70% for cleaning and exam here, whereas many other nearby clinics offer 100% coverage. Their work was okay, but not the most best choice obviously.”

“PHEW to say i’m grateful is an understatement. Found this clinic via Google due to their reviews, & am so fortunate I made the appointment. Traveled 4 hours to Montreal from New Hampshire to receive an x-ray & treatment plan for emergency dental pain, and within 90 minutes the problem tooth is extracted. The assistant & dentist were personable, friendly, & informative, speaking to me respectfully. I’m leaving so relieved, eager for my check up in 2 weeks to continue with our plan of treatment. Northern New England folks, it’s so worth the drive for emergency support & compassion (without a care credit loan!!!!) Will be back :)”

“After a very distressing experience at another clinic, I came to Le Dentalis feeling anxious, skeptical, and honestly very shaken and I’m so appreciative of the experience with Dr Lara and Dr Phan which has really helped the situation. For context, I had gone to the previous clinic to simply redo my front fillings, and left with unnecessary drilling, an uneven “cavity” filling, and unexpected sensitivity on an entirely different tooth while my front teeth were unnecessarily shaved down as well without communicating, leaving me with a serious mistrust having never felt so uncomfortable in a dental setting before. I booked an emergency appointment at Le Dentalis based on a friend’s recommendation and the excellent reviews. I was initially referred to Dr. Lara, but I was fortunate to see Dr. Phan for the urgent issue based on short notice availability so I ended up meeting both. Dr. Phan was calm, assertive, and incredibly thorough in explaining what had likely happened, within the limits of what he could responsibly say while taking care of the issue of levelling the cavity assuredly such that I left that appointment feeling much better. Given what I had just experienced elsewhere, I was subconsciously nervous about seeing a different dentist again for necessary follow-ups, even though Dr. Lara was the one originally recommended to me. Thankfully, those appointments have been even better. Dr. Lara has been exceptionally detailed, communicative, and attentive from cleaning to teeth filling. She explains everything before doing it, checks in consistently, puts in so much thorough care, and makes sure you feel fully informed and comfortable. Her approach feels genuinely client-centered. She went into depth about my previous situation when I asked questions, even though she did not have to, and did so with professionalism and empathy. She also has the best personality and her jovial and reassuring demeanor made a world of difference at a point when I truly needed it. Both dentists demonstrated such care and transparency. The level of thoroughness and communication at this clinic so far has been outstanding. More importantly, they’ve somewhat restored my confidence in dental care after what felt like a first time traumatic experience elsewhere and I’m genuinely grateful.”

“When I requested an appointment online after hours for a painful, over-due root canal, I was not expecting to receive a callback the same evening, for a first-thing-next-morning appointment, making the experience at Le Dentalis nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Lara Nguyen, hygienist Audrey, and their entire support team are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They are wonderfully attentive during procedures and fully transparent about the process, costs, and post-procedure care and follow-ups every step of the way. “I was so nervous going in after 10 years not going to the dentist, the whole team made me feel so secure and comfortable and HUMAN. It’s normal to go to the dentist, it’s normal for your teeth to have any type of complications, we’re human. Mme Audrey, hygienist was beyond nice, she was so understanding and so helpful, I didn’t feel any pain nor uncomfortable at any point, she made feel welcome and answered all my concerns.
