“Had a great experience at Lasik MD Laval. Very professional and friendly staff. They do many tests to determine you are a good candidate to do the surgery. They are not reluctant to re-run a test if they are not sure about any result. Dr. Mounir Bashour is extremely professional. He is very confident and makes you feel that your eyes are in good hands. “I recently opted for vision correction at Lasik MD after years of completing it. I highly recommend them there staff was exceptional at handling me. I entered the surgery room pretty confidently and to my suprise I became extremely anxious. “I had an excellent experience with the entire team here at LASIK MD in Laval. From the first consultation to the surgery itself, everyone was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Minas, the technician, was very helpful in explaining the different surgery options available for my eyes and made sure I understood each step of the process. Barbara, the clinical counsellor, was amazing. She explained everything in a clear and detailed way, patiently answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident moving forward with the surgery. For the surgery itself, Dr. Bashour did an amazing job. The procedure was smooth, quick, and very well explained, which made the whole experience much less stressful. “I had LASIK surgery with LASIK MD yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and reassuring. My surgeon, Dr. Mélanie Roy, was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and had such a calm and kind presence that immediately put me at ease. I felt very confident being in her care. I also want to express my special gratitude to Brandon Bellware, who did my check-up today. He was extremely nice, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions, and even provided a clear way to stay in contact and follow up if needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out, he was excellent. So far, everything is going very well, and I’m already almost back to my normal life. I’m very grateful to the whole team for such a smooth and positive experience.
