I had a great experience with Taylor he is very knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he's super engaged and even demonstrated some self massage techniques that have definitely helped!

My experience made me regret so much for having even used my true personal info. I'm not free to share my story here or it will get de-lited again. The therapist behaved inappropriately with me during my treatment session. When I report this issue to the lady owner, unbelievable! As if the customer, me, who complained is the problem to be removed. Her response was EXTREMELY RUDE. It's just ridiculous. I rarely leave negative reviews. I ought to have known if a business emphasizes on advertising and controling their images, I made a mistake to come here. Yeah, positive feedbacks only!!!

Incredibly friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Massage was very thorough and provided me stretches so I can get back into activities. I also appreciate how involved they are in the Centretown community.

Very noisy. Very loud. Construction going on at this clinic's first floor. What should have been a rare moment of relaxation ended up the worst experience ever. Young owner full of attitudes. Therapist was very impatient and rude. I had to verbally say no to some things,... LOL. Well I guess how anybody working in this environment would eventually be.... I should have read recent reviews and done my own research before deciding to come.

I was a client of this clinic for over two years. After raising concerns about my treatment, I discovered that I could no longer book appointments — with no notice or explanation. The abrupt end to a long-term therapeutic relationship was extremely upsetting. There was no discussion or opportunity for transition of care. Compared to when I first began attending, the way concerns and feedback were handled reflects a noticeable decline in professionalism. In my experience, this clinic has truly gone downhill. Anyone seeking long-term, consistent care should carefully consider how client relationships are managed here.

Persistent, loud, and nerve-wrenching drilling noise disrupted my sessions and ruined my experience. This has occurred on at least two separate occasions. I asked my therapist to raise the issue at the front desk, but the complaints were met with smiley inaction. I then contacted the owner, Jillian, directly. Her response indicated that no meaningful action would be taken and suggested that if I did not like the noise, I should stop attending, possibly waiting months until construction is completed. This response demonstrates a lack of attention to my concerns. Despite my repeated complaints and sensible suggestions — including documenting episodes of noise, reviewing legal options, and contacting the landlord — all were rejected. I experienced being treated like a token, which I believe is related to my race, citizenship status, and the fact that I don't have a spouse or immediate family who is established in Canada. Some interactions gave the impression that my concerns were dismissed, creating a pattern of differential treatment. I am documenting these experiences to ensure fair and professional treatment in accordance with my rights under the Ontario Human Rights Code. The owner also sent an email condemning my review while restating that her boilerplate apologies without proposed actions were sufficient. This demonstrates that my concerns were not treated equitably and raises the possibility of differential treatment based on protected grounds, rather than neutral business considerations. Turning away a client who has been loyal for over 2 years is financially self-sabotaging for any business, particularly one operating in a declining wellness market. Loyalty is a critical driver of consistent revenue during economic downturns, repeat bookings, and word-of-mouth referrals. By excluding a long-standing client, the business directly undermines its own survival, sacrificing predictable income for no operational benefit. This makes it far more plausible that the decision to single me out was motivated by factors unrelated to business logic, such as discriminatory bias. I share this review to provide an accurate account of my experience and to encourage equitable treatment for all clients, including protection against retaliation, discrimination, or dismissal of concerns based on race, citizenship, or minority status.

This place really stands out for its professionalism and care. The front-of-house staff were friendly, respectful, and made everything feel easy and comfortable from the start. The environment was very clean and well maintained, which immediately put me at ease. My therapist was professional and attentive, and I felt safe and respected the entire time. Overall, excellent service and a great team. I would definitely recommend

I went to Sage Wellness for the first time after hurting my back from slipping on the ice, and the experience really stood out. The staff were warm and patient, and I felt heard and supported, which mattered a lot given how sore I was. The treatment felt thoughtful and supportive, not just a standard massage. I walked out feeling noticeably better and genuinely cared for. It’s a calm, welcoming place, and I’m really glad I found it when I needed it most. Will be coming back for more sessions!

I’ve been going to Sage Wellness for a several months now, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else (my partner started going there and she felt really comfortable). I recently had another massage there and it reminded me why we keep coming back. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The therapists really listen and care about what your body needs, not just rushing through an appointment (so common in other places). The space is calm, clean, and grounding, and you always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a place that feels warm, professional, and truly cares about their clients with a neighborhood vibe, Sage Wellness is it. Highly recommend

Accessibility: Not accessible, up two flights of stairs. I've been seeing Dr. Chad Shank for over 10 years now as my Chiropractor and Massage Therapist. He has been absolutely instrumental in my ability to perform my career pain free and to keep my body balanced. I've had countless regular appointments with him and he has always been 100% professional and is very knowledgeable Sage Wellness is always clean, welcoming, and it is so easy to book appointments. Jillian is an amazing owner. She is personable and down to earth.
