“Nathalie has been amazing in helping me with the rehabilitation for my injured shoulder . Right from the start I was very appreciative as she gave a clear detailed explanation about the shoulder tendon and why it flared up with the calsavication. My work with her has been great as she is focused 100% on my gaining mobility in an way that is calibrated to not pushing too hard but just at a proper level . I am learning so much about stretching , awareness and good use of the body . This knowledge will help me in the future with taking care of my muscles and joints in my body .
