“My 4-year-old son and I visited Katie yesterday regarding issues he is having with respect to toilet training. I was blown away by how well she related to him and made him comfortable talking to her about his feelings on the matter. I left with “homework” about how to be involved in the process of (hopefully) overcoming this frustrating obstacle.
