“I got a 45min foot and 60min body massage. Kitty was my therapist. She did an amazing job. Very professional and polite. Her skills and consistency was world-class. I recommend 100%. Best value in Ottawa. Definitely will be back!”

“I wanted to share my experience regarding the service. Firstly, as noted in previous reviews, communication with the staff can be challenging, which may lead to misunderstandings. Improving this aspect could enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the payment process can be confusing. While they claim to accept benefits, some insurance companies do not recognize them, stating they don’t meet required standards. It’s also unusual that Joy Spa charges an additional fee for the insurance receipt. When we inquired about benefit acceptance, we were assured it wouldn’t be an issue, so clearer communication in this area would be beneficial. “Lady came in while I was getting undressed as well as getting dressed again and did not notice or care that I was uncomfortable. After getting fully dressed (while she was in the room cleaning!) she stood in the doorway staring at me impatiently and even after paying, she did the exact same thing at the door. “Definitely the best foot massage 💆♂️ spot in Ottawa! I've tried them all and I will confirm that Joy Spa has the most comfortable chairs of them all. My daughter and I recently came across Joy Spa when leaving my nail salon so we decided let's give it a shot seeing as we had an hour to kill before our zen yoga class. We'll we were both so impressed (and we are regulars at foot bars across Toronto and GTA and Ottawa. Our girls started off applying a little too deep pressure but once we asked to go lighter, they immediately did and let me tell you, it was perfect! “The first two times i have been here the experience was so peaceful and relaxing. However, I went there recently and even though I asked the massagest to apply lighter pressure, she wouldn’t. she was also not the typical girl i have massaging me. i woke up the next day with bruising on most parts of my body.
