“Yingxin (Cindy) Zuo is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and knows exactly where the tension and tightness are. With her strong hands, she really helps release knots and pain. She is also very kind and professional. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now, and I highly recommend her to everyone. “I’ve tried a lot of massage therapists in Winnipeg, and I can confidently say John Friesen stands out from the rest! His approach is very treatment-focused, with intentional movements that clearly target the root of the issue rather than just providing a generic relaxation massage (while they’re also very relaxing). You can tell he really understands the body and takes the time to work through problem areas in a thoughtful, effective way. I left the session feeling noticeably better. “I had hot stone massage with Zoe and it was amazing. My hips are the most relaxed than I could have ever imagined. Body feels like that of an infant, so relaxed.
