“In October, I suffered for a lower mechanical back and SI joint pain by doing a yoga exercise too intense. I was seeing a chiropractor in Vainer. he was very good as well. In November from my teammate of mine from the Ottawa lions. Kept saying to me you should go see Theo. So I emailed Theo about on what’s going on with me. He emailed me back right away (end of the day), “ I can get you in right away by Monday.” When I went to his clinic, hoping to get the problems with my back and other causes. He knew instantly as he said. Your right side of your back is compensated and your glutes were very weak. I was amazed with his incredible knowledge and he set me up with a rehab plan. As of right now, it’s been a big huge success. Today, I’m able to run without any pain and include some striding to my training and hopefully able to start workouts soon. Yes, it’s been a long journey with this recovery. Thank you Theo and his chrio Randy for helping me out on getting me back on track. Also, my family doctor in the west end. I would very highly recommend this place.”
