“You are in very good hands at Integral Dental. I received top-notch care with one of their hygienists, Jasmine. It was the most thorough and educational cleaning/checkup I have ever had. Dr. Phone Luong and the rest of the Integral team also provide exceptional service. One suggestion I'd like to offer is that appointment reminders would be much more effective as text messages for most people. Details are easy to misinterpret or forget when given over the phone. Thanks so much!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I appreciate the care provided, but I wanted to share an observation I’ve noticed during my appointments. At times, the hygienist, dentist, or dental assistant will be wearing disposable gloves while working in my mouth, and then use those same gloves to touch their eyeglasses or adjust the lights on them, adjust their chair, or type on the computer. It makes me wonder whether proper sanitization is done before seeing the next patient, especially if similar actions are repeated. I’ve also noticed similar practices across all of their clinics. I just wanted to raise this as a general concern around hygiene practices.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I missed my daughter’s dental procedure due to mistakenly entering the wrong date in my calendar. It was an honest error on my part, and although they typically send reminders a day or two beforehand, I did not receive one this time. I understand the circumstances and had no issue paying the fee. However, after the receptionist said they would call me back and didn’t, I felt disappointed because I eventually needed to be the one to call back. When I asked if the dentist was upset, instead of offering reassurance, she focused on the time that was lost. A simple response like, “These things happen, we’ll work it out,” would have gone a long way in preventing frustration and leaving a more positive impression.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The receptionist was very rude. The tone she used was disrespectful and unprofessional. On other days when I visited, the staff were fine, but today at around 6:30 pm, one receptionist (whoever it was) spoke with an attitude, as if we were inferior or didn’t matter. I remained calm and didn’t respond negatively, but the interaction was disappointing. If anyone else experiences this, please don’t hesitate to raise the concern. I am also trying to reach the manager regarding this matter. Recently they contacted me personally and apologized for the situation. I appreciate that they took the time to call and address the issue. I’m glad they acknowledged it and handled it responsibly. Thank you for reaching out and resolving the matter.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Dr. Luong is the only dentist my family trusts with our teeth. This facility handles complex cases and provides the best care.”

“I am writing to share a concern about my recent visit to your clinic on February 10, 2026, around 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was unpleasant. The receptionist (a young woman) did not greet me at all — no hello, no acknowledgment — and had a very serious and rude attitude. There was no basic courtesy and no friendly communication. This made me wonder whether this behavior is general or selective, or simply reflective of her personality. Either way, it raises questions about the standards and expectations for hiring reception staff, especially in a medical clinic. A receptionist is often the first point of contact for patients, and basic professionalism — greeting patients, speaking respectfully, and showing a welcoming attitude — should be expected. Her unpleasant behavior was not what I would expect in any receptionist role, let alone in a healthcare environment. I truly hope that during my next visit, she will not be working at the front desk. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed. I am willing to explain further if anybody truly cares about this matter. Thank you”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I've been going to pearl dental since I was a child and have always had an amazing experience, I remember being a little kid and feeling terrified of the dentist but Dr. Luong always took amazing care of me to make sure all procedures were stress and anxiety free, I'm now almost 30 years old and Dr. Luong is still the most amazing person in terms of his character and workmanship, he takes extreme care to make sure there is never any discomfort in any procedure he is doing, and the work is always perfectly done, I've never had a single issue with any of the teeth he has worked on from pulling wisdom teeth, root canals and fillings. Even my partner now see's him as well and she always has an amazing experience since she's extremely nit picky about her teeth and she's always overly satisfied with his work. I will continue to go to both integral and pearl dental and any other clinic Dr. Luong is working out of. The receptions are always nice and give a warm welcome and the hygienists/assistants are also extremely kind and great at their work as well. Can't recommend these clinics enough.”Lire la suiteRéduire
