“I booked an appointment online specifically for pelvic floor physiotherapy, which was supposed to be with the only physiotherapist they listed for that service. However, I never received any confirmation by email or phone. Before the appointment, I tried calling to confirm — I was on hold for 20 minutes before the call was disconnected. When I called again, they informed me that my appointment had been cancelled because the physiotherapist is not certified for pelvic floor treatment, despite the website clearly stating otherwise. “last month I injured my shoulder (dislocation) during a work accident and came to the clinic for assistance a week following. I just finished my last session with Karim and I’m impressed not only with the quality of the clinic but by the quality of help I received from my therapist.
