“UPDATE: Management reached out to me directly to offer a sincere apology and a generous resolution, which I truly appreciate. While I’ve decided to switch to a clinic closer to home for convenience, I respect that they took accountability and care about improving their service. Thank you! I’m extremely disappointed with how the front desk handles scheduling. They arbitrarily moved my confirmed July 18th 4:15 PM appointment to 3:00 PM without calling to check if I was available. After rebooking for the next day at 3:40 PM, they called me the morning of the appointment while I was driving and looking for parking. Instead of leaving a voicemail and allowing a reasonable time for a call back, they instantly cancelled my appointment via text. Cancelling a patient's appointment on the day of service just because they didn't pick up the phone while driving is completely unreasonable. Patients deserve better communication and basic courtesy.”

“Best doctor in town, she takes time to explain everything, unlike other clinic that they rushed you to finish your appointment. She is so accommodating as she take my son for eye check up same day with me even without appointment. Staff are nice they offer something to drink and their Nespresso is the best. “I had an excellent experience with Dr. Harina and her staff. I came in with an emergency eye infection in my right eye, and she saw me right away. She took the time to thoroughly examine me, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out was how caring and attentive she was. She didn’t rush at all and treated me with genuine compassion. She even called to follow up and check on how I was doing, which meant a lot. “It was my first time going there (eye exam) and I’m honestly really disappointed. I chose this place because the reviews made it seem like the service was amazing, especially for the price ($245) but it just left me speechless and not in a good way. The appointment was completely rushed. I didn’t feel listened to and I didn’t have the time to properly explain my concerns about my vision. It seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. The focus was more on selling frames than actually taking the time to assess my vision properly. It felt unprofessional and just off. I’m planning to get another exam with a different optometrist just to make sure my prescription is accurate because it really left me doubting the results. Don’t assume you’ll get great service just because it’s expensive. Honestly, you’re better off saving your money and going to any other optometrist.”
