“Customer service was great, both at the front and the eye doctor; just one of their machines was broken and I felt so bad for the technicians trying to fix it, I had to stick around for an extra 20 minutes and it still didn’t even work! “Customer service was rude. The person assumed I have gone there to ask for a refund when i clearly said i was there to pick up my glasses. The woman i dealt with went on to say something in French and then after speaking in French for a while asked if i speak French. Right after i clarified, she started saying rudely that are you not aware we don’t offer any refunds? She apologized after finding the glasses but gave me no time to try them on to see if they fit well.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I am very disappointed with the service. It has been over four weeks since I ordered my glasses, and after three calls, I still have no delivery date. This delay is seriously affecting my daily life, as I cannot drive, work properly, or use a computer without them. Customer service has also been unhelpful and not kind, with no clear answers or solutions provided. “The optometrist provides excellent and professional care. However, I found the approach of the salesperson, particularly the older lady, to be somewhat overwhelming and in need of a calmer, more considerate manner. “I don’t recommend this shop to buy glasses. I would go for the exam and then leave. I got a new pair of glasses that were crooked. When I asked her if she could adjust them, the salesperson kept telling me that they weren’t crooked. I finally had to use their ruler on a picture of myself to show her that the distance between my glasses and my eyes were uneven. She then told me to put one side of my glasses above my ears and it won’t be uneven anymore. When she told me that my glasses only need to rest on one of your ears, I knew I was talking to a lost cause. I had to go to a different company to get them adjusted.”Lire la suiteRéduire
